Our client is a successful, expanding estate agency who is currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office in Kennington.

You must be extremely enthusiastic, have bags of energy and be money motivated. This is no easy ride though. The hours are long and the pressure if tough so you must have a real strength of character as this is not for the faint hearted. In return you will reap the rewards and earn a good salary.

Previous estate agency experience would be an advantage. However, previous sales experience is essential.

Package:

-£10k Basic + 10% commission.
-Realistic OTE is £30-35k.
-Company car
-Expenses.
-Various bonus schemes in place for you to earn more.
